You might need spacers on the rear as your car is an AWD. Infact, you might need some on the front too or else you'll be rubbing on lock.

When I had P2 wheels on mine I had 7.5J rims and a wheel weight caught on an arm, Nebs are 8J with the same +49 offset so you'll have even less inner clearance. I'd recommend 10-15mm spacers.
You don't need spigot rings as they have the same centre bore on P2 cars.

Second the above comments, I would definitely go for a 215/40 tyre profile however.
Arguing is pointless....she may not be right but she's never wrong

You're probably right there Moosey boy, the ride in my car isn't great with 215/35/18s but saying that it is better than the 205/40/17s that were on before!
