    oil catch can/tank

    Good Evening fellow Volvo Lovers,

I have an alloy oil catch can that used to be hooked up to my car on the previous engine, and was thinkin about re-plumbing it, only thing is, it dont know how to (????), it has 2 pipes on the top of the can, but as i said, i dont have a clue how it plumbs in, anyone got one on their car, or know how to plumb one in???.

    many thanks in advance.

yes you take the breather pipe from the top of the engine that connects to the air intake pipe connect from breather to oil tank then to air intake and there you go

mine isn't reconnected back into the air intake. I've got the thick 15mm pipe from the PCV to the air intake pipe now going into the catch tank, then a pipe from the outlet of the catch tank out just open to atmosphere inside the wheel arch. Obviously i've blocked the unused hole in the intake pipe up
