that looks like a truck turbocharger. There was a guy in sweden/norway with an old subaru pickup with a massive Schwitzer truck turbo poking out the top of the bonnet. It had serious horsepower but couldn't get the power down as it all came in one huge wallop of boost. good vid BTW!
