...they did it again! My big service came up ( 90,000 mile ) and I've been dreading it. With rear discs gone as well, I knew I'd be talking £1,000 from my main dealer. Don't get me wrong, my main dealer is excellent and do look after me but that's big bucks! So, hamish had said before why not use VT for servicing ? Well its a bit of a way to go and envisaged aving to take a day off....but no, dropped my car off on the way to work ( Bristol ), they lent me a car and picked it up the following day. I had a call advising me that I did indeed need new discs and price was given. Picked my car up the following day and the price ? Half of the main dealer! Still alot of money but I'm chuffed. I think they thought I was mad to be happy paying that sort of money, but I knew how much it could have been!!! So thanks VT again....
