As the title states for those interested. Poss mini meets at some shows anyone? 28th/29th Jan The Swansea Inkfest 2nd/4th Mar Skin Tech Tattoo Expo Manchester 26th Mar Peterlee Tattoo Arts Festival Durham 2nd Apr Ink & Iron Tattoo & Custom Bike Show Birmingham 17th Apr (Bank Holiday Monday) The Newport Tattoo Convention 29th/30th April Granite City Tattoo Convention Aberdeen 15th/16th July State Of The Art Tattoo Convention Derby 16th July Portsmouth Tattoo Convention 6th Aug Tattooland UK Presents Porthcawl, South Wales 2nd Sept Cardiff Tattoo Convention Each show either has a website or contact details. Birmingham is a definate as well as its only five mins from me still working on the others.I'm off to see about a new tattoo today .Gutted now i have to wait until the end of march because my tattooist is so busy.Ah well it will be worth the wait.

Might be up for one of theese, will check my days at work...July sounds good.. Ben....recommendation is a good thing. If you cant get booked in for ages thats better, what you feel comfortable with (listen to me, had my first one last year (at 40!!) What you thinking of havng done?

Hi splatt.I really like the one Anthony Kiedis (red hot chilli peppers)has on his arm.It is a heart with another one on the inside of his arm and they are joined.Looks really good.I want something like that so i can put my daughters names on the inside of the heart around the edge. Ben.

Ben 77 go for something unique a good tattooist will always be able to change things to make it unique to you mine are all one offs by a very good tattooist but she is a bit of a travel for you.Think carefully as they are extrememly waterproof mate its there for life! Ok the time is getting close so is anyone up for the Derby show im there for certain as my new artwork was finished last night ready for the competiton.Im looking at going up on the friday afternoon and staying all weekend but it might be a bit lonely on my own so if anyone fancies meeting up for a drink or a meal let me know asap!Will post piccys of the new one up after the show as i dont really want to show it off yet!

Don, this is a serious question that came to my mind whilst watching Miami Ink the other week, When your all young and fit and taught and you get a tattoo. What happens to it as you get older and floppier?

thats easy, you get old an floppy first, then get tattooed! they stretch, just as they would if you put on weight
