Simply the best car that I have ever owned, and hard to believe that she was registerd 14/6/00. I bought her Feb'12 from Happy Gilmore on here when she was on 146k miles. Turned over 190k miles this week but I have other cars that I pile many more miles on.
I always want a C70 T5 in my life, but the engine on this car is so sweet, I can see her going on a lot longer yet. However, rust to both rear arches, rust near both sills which I had repaired 3 years ago but showing signs of coming through again, and rust all round the front grille. Besides all that, she still looks very presentable.

Absolutely, and I love her just as much now as when I first bought her Feb'12. I need to convince myself to spend on the bodywork, but I really do think the engine has a lot of life in it yet, so she may be worth getting sorted.

My 850 still makes me happy so I see no reason for getting rid of it despite the growing list of things wrong with it (though I am working through the list). The bodywork/paint is really ageing now so a respray is on the list when funds allow :)

I have relayed your Birthday wishes to my car!!
Only minor bits need doing to her, but she would benefit from a full respray as she had a fairly poor full respray before I bought her. She can still look pretty good despite the bodywork though.

Notwithstanding, rust to both back curves, rust close to the two ledges which I had fixed 3 years prior however giving indications of coming through once more, and rust all around the front grille. Other than all that, she actually looks truly respectable.

Just minor pieces need doing to her, yet she would profit by a full respray as she had a genuinely helpless full respray before I got her. She can in any case look very great despite the bodywork however.
