right i have alloys and wheels from a MK2 which i fitted on the MK1. Looking up the volvo fitment guide its says i can go max 215 but the ( think R Type can use 225 ). i put them 225 on and i cant see any difference just better grip and more reaction on corners. and looking amazing on the car, no scraping - no scratching - and looking the tyres after 100 miles round trip no damage. no inner wheel arch scraping, no wing / wheel arch scrapping, no brake restriction noise. so whats this about only the R Series can have 225's ? The car is a v70 2.5 1998 the alloys are 7 j 17 et 45 5x108 the wheels are 225/45 17
