While mine is in at the dealer for some warranty work to be done they have lent me a 16 plate V40 T2. This is the one with the new 2.0 turbo Volvo 4 pot engine and 120 BHP tuning. I have to say it feels quite nippy to drive but does run out of puff at about 4000 rpm. This might be because it is new (2500 miles on the clock) of just be a ploy by Volvo to make you change up a gear as an economy measure. Not too bad on fuel as is appears to be giving circa 40.0 MPG according to the computer.
