hello all for all of u that have dump valve's fitted... got forged dump valve and kit but no instructions on how 2 fit i sort of attemped it but where i think the valve pipe goes i got my idle control valve on the old pipe(going in2 throttle butterfly) i wanted 2 know what is done with this pipe do u leave it 2 breath on its own or u do u cut it in somewhere i'm confused so any help would be excellent many thanks :)

Hi mate Heres where I have ma DV fitted.... Image The pipe that comes out the top of the DV gets put into a Y piece and spliced into the pipe going to the Recirc DV If your removing the Recirc DV then just fit the pipe into the inlet manifold where the pipe for the DV was... Hope this helps ;)

my pipes dont go round the engine it goes over the top.. and on the throttle body i got an idle control valve which is on the orginal pipe but what i got with my kit dont have a fitment for it..... so i think my fitting kit is wrong maybe???????? :slap:

So you got an early '94 850? Im sure I've seen 1 with a DV on the top on that pipe.....

best thing you can do is, cut the pipe from the top of the cooler and put a T-bit in with the dump valve off that, ive got a 94 850, and thats what i done.

Ive only got pics of my new set up, and i guess they wont be anygood for you lol,
