Hello, my name's Jason. I'm from.... I dunno! Your best bet would be to start with a reputable remap and go from there. Changing the turbo by itself won't do anything really, it would need mapping to suit. A GOOD quality remap should yield around 230bhp with the standard turbo and injectors.
Yes, a T5 turbo will work on there, but you would need injectors and a proper custom map.
