On my project ME7 engine I have a single VVT cam (exhaust), the engine came out of a late P1 V70R and I think it is a B5244T4 What is the difference between a P1 V70R ME7 head and a S60R head (apart from the s60r is twin vvt) ?
Not a lot I'd imagine - i've got one in the shed [s60R one that is] if you want to drive up & take a butchers :)
I've got a 2004 head on mine, and I believe the valve stems are thinner and the ports are a better flowing design.
