On my project ME7 engine I have a single VVT cam (exhaust), the engine came out of a late P1 V70R and I think it is a B5244T4
What is the difference between a P1 V70R ME7 head and a S60R head (apart from the s60r is twin vvt) ?

Not a lot I'd imagine - i've got one in the shed [s60R one that is] if you want to drive up & take a butchers :)

I've got a 2004 head on mine, and I believe the valve stems are thinner and the ports are a better flowing design.

I thought all the ME7 heads had thinner valves compared with the 850 head.

Thanks, It looks like the 04 twin vvt heads have better cams compared with the single vvt heads.
