Not even God himself knows a cost effective way of lowering a facelift 960. The only realistic option is custom coilovers, or if you don't mind a terrible ride and have no fat mates who will sit in the back, the Nivomat leaf with standard shocks will drop the back end.
Oh dear lol i had a feeling this maybe the answer lol
It all depends what back end is on it now, if it's got standard shocks and not nivomats then you can swap the leaf out for a Nivmat leaf and leave it on standard shocks. As Steve says bar coilovers this is the only way you'll be able to lower the back end, I did this on my old 960 and it brought the back down to a sensible level rather than having a huuuuge wheel arch gap like they normally have. Have a look at my 960 build thread, there's before and after pics in there from when I lowered mine. http://www.vpcuk.org/forums/showthread.php?27074-Tc-s-960-Thread
