Fairly straight forward. depending on if its a manual or auto depends on if you will require the oil cooler clips which are a Volvo only part. This is required on the manual anyway from my experience. You intercooler & aircon rad should be in front of the rad so don't need to be removed.
I had rusty bolts on mine which were a pig. If I remember correctly there at 4x 10mm bolting rad to IC and 2x 12mm(?) Bolting rad to chassis: these little ££££ suckers have tabs spot welded to the chassis which snapped off so I had to grind them off
