After my track session at Trax a couple of weeks ago, my C70 lost some boost (only boosting to 7 psi) and was idling at over 1,000rpm, so I was guesing I had an air lek somewhere. Today I had a look around the boost pipes, sprayed carb cleaner everywhere, but couldn't find anything, listening carefully I could hear a hiss, and finally tracked it down to the vac tree, all the caps had been blown off. So, my question to all of you running above standard boost is, how do you keep your caps on, do you glue them in place, plug the holes with self tappers? any advice would be appreciated. BTW it's nice to have a problem that's easily found, and hopefully easy to fix. :D
