Odd one this. When the blower is on windscreen or vents, there's a clicking from under the driver side of the dash. Doesn't do it when it's just on feet though.

Doesn't do it when it's just on feet though.[/QUOTE] One of the motors is jammed that directs air to the different vents, my guess is it is the one that is sticking is directed just on feet and is trying to adjust but can't. Not sure if that makes sense!

Mine (now dad's) was noisy driver's side when adjusting its direction ever since I bought it. Fixable? How much of a job is it to change the motor?
ive had this before opened the vents up and stuck a vacuum cleaner in and a dry leaf came out! Before you spend any dosh have a look, my fault was ONE little rock hard leaf bouncing around hitting the ducting when the fans on - hence a ticking. The noise stopped depending on the setting as if the air was going to feet say it wouldnt move the leaf :) might be worth a look ?
