As the title suggests, fitted one of these yesterday with strange results. Got it boosting 16 psi, but it immediately drops to 6psi and stays there. Take the MBC off and it goes back to 10psi solid Would this be the actuator set at 6psi? Or do you think I plumbed it in wrong?(cos you get no instructions strangely) Ideally it will get remapped but don't have spare funds right now and wanted some cheap horses lol, any help appreciated, tia
Because you have a me7, they dont like a mbc or a dump vale , if you keep the mbc in you would see a engine light.
ME7 = No MBC
Is that because the ECU recognises over boosting and will shut it down essentially?

You need to remap it for one so kind of pointless. The ecu recognises the extra load and reduces torque basically. Another point to consider is fuelling, the stock maps are quite lean.
