Hi guys, just a quick one..how easy is it to replace the turbo on 2005 s40? Ive changed the turbos on the a c70 and 850 before but not sure about the s40. cheers

Comes straight out the top.. Really easy to get out, oil return pipe can be a pain to get back in due to front to rear subframe and exhaust needing a small 1/4" torques socket on a knuckle and extension bar. Prepare for a lot of swearing ..

I think Gatos has a Gatos Guide ,on this one, hes at the vets , but he linked some of the guides through to here. Give him a shout he will know where the links were.

All my guides are for the 1996-2004 S/V40 models only I am afraid. Give me a spare 2004- S40 though and I can take it apart with pleasure and make a few guides....:)
