I've been putting off replacing the thermostat and coolant sensor but the weather is improving, so I'll drain all the coolant and flush the system, and treat the car to a new heater matrix (just bought). It will need new O-rings on the pipes so before I buy 'em from the stealer (3545586 is the number I've been told), does anyone has a spare pair for sale? :biggrin:
Usually the o rings come with the matrix. I bought some separately but I have no idea where they are now. Still in the plastic bag - but never used them as my new matrix came with them in the box. Double check your box.
Thanks Dave. I asked the vendor when I bought the heater core online today, and he said no O-rings come with it - but I will check the box when it arrives just in case the O-ring Elves have intervened!
I bought mine from parts for volvo and it said no o rings in box. But they were inside when I opened it. I do have some somewhere as I bought some thinking I needed them.
