Finally got this made yesterday, it still needs tidying up and I still need to find a way of attaching the front but I should have that done soon. Will be taking orders for them when ready, anyone interested?

Interesting - How much and how does it fix?
Post 756300 by Tomcat on 2015-01-16 16:31:56
Pricing a yet to be decided, it'll be attached with just a few screws... Once I work out where best to put them.

So this essentially adds an R bumper look to a standard 850 one, have I got that right?

Been finalising the design today and amending the existing mold, should have it ready for production by the middle of next week all being well. it slips into place where the moulding line is at the bottom of the bumper (just under the vents), fits quite snuggly but I'd still put some screws here and there just to be certain it didnt fall off.
Post 757603 by Tomcat on 2015-01-26 23:15:04
New mould is nearly finished, should be ready tomorrow to start production.
Currently have pictures but as photobucket is currently awol I'll post them tomorrow, suffice to say it now fits rather well and just needs attaching in four places.(back corners and two underneath the front edge)

Post 757678 by Tomcat on 2015-01-27 20:04:17
£100 plus delivery (or collect for free if your local to Wigan). They will come in a plain gelcoat finish or I can prep and paint if needed. At the moment they wiill be attached by two bolts/screws underneath at the front and two screw in the back corners (Not supplied)
Provided the mould works out ok I will be starting making the first one tomorrow.

First ones in the mold drying as we speak, anyone want it? I will take it out trim it and check the fit before it gets sent though, as it's the first one I want to be sure there'll be no problems when it arrives.

I've got to say I actually think that looks miles better then the OEM t5r/R front bumper as the line that separates your splitter to the factory bumper adds definition, if that makes any sense. Cant wait to finish sorting my 850's important bits out , cambelt, PCV so I can purchase one ! please dont sell out/stop producing for at least a year haha
Post 775104 by Max M4X WW on 2015-06-05 17:46:13
I'll have one of these in the next month or two, just showing my interest :)
Post 775105 by Tomcat on 2015-06-05 17:52:28
No probs, just gimme a shout when you're ready. I should hopefully have a courier sorted by then.
Post 775399 by klunk on 2015-06-08 14:17:42
Had i not got the 850R front bumper cover for my T5 i would definately have gone for one of these, I have one of Tomcats front splitters fitted and the quality and fit is excellent.
Post 775421 by Tomcat on 2015-06-08 17:06:39

Post 785896 by Tomcat on 2015-09-16 12:05:55
Anyone after one of these?.. I seem to be a bit quiet at the minute.
Post 785898 by kmb on 2015-09-16 12:27:05
I do like the look of them, especially as the example above seems to be the same colour as mine :)
The price is my only stumbling block for a purely cosmetic improvement - What's the best price painted (Olive green) and posted to Suffolk?
Thanks in advance for your response.
Post 785914 by Tomcat on 2015-09-16 16:10:57
Not a huge amount I can move on the price I'm afraid, if you pm me your postcode I can get a quote for shipping and then I'll see what I can do
