Ok been down to Doncaster this morning to see J. DAVIES and discovered something that has us both a bit puzzeled, namely............................ why has a 5 cylinder engine only got a 4 injector gas system fitted ???? It is the factory fit option. Now as it is the centre cylinder that is missing its injector, I was wondering if the ecu switches to run as a 4 cylinder when on gas............ only thing I can think off !
It just doesn't look right, that and the right that there is no port for an injector there either just looks odd

Mine is on LPG, and mine has 5 injectors!
What does it run like on 4 injectors?
I use to work as an lpg converter and no its not right a 4 cyl needs 4 a 5 needs 5 etc as pic above the only time you would have 1 injector would be on an intake system where it goes on before the maf but they where old systems and not very good . Has it the type of rail like above ?
Runs sound, just seems a bit misfiery on tick over.The inlet manifold is the one that is 'drilled' for the injectors and it doesn't look like yours, just a standard manifold with housings on the side......................unless the centre one is fitted from underneath !!?? I will try get some pics tomorrow if I can.
It has the factory fitted LPG option not an aftermarket one. There is no provision for an injector on cylinder 3 at the inlet manifold where the others have there's.

Yep, even with my bad 60 year old eyes, that looks the same.
Solved it LoL. After prodding my fingers through the gap, and burning them ( yes, this Dumbo did it after going for new plugs !!!) I FOUND THE OTHER FEED :saythat: It is fed upwards from the back of the distribution thing hence not being able to see it.
