What do you guys find gives the best streak free finish on your glass. Im a big fan of Rain x on the exterior glass. But what are you all using on the interior glass please? Im finding that my microfibre cloths are starting to leave clear fibres on the glass, which i find really annoying!

I use autoglym glass cleaner and g1 on the exterior glass

I struggle with glass tbh, though Autoglym products do seem to give a good finish.

Same as Graeme I use G1 outside and auto finesse for the inside, I don't tend to use cleaners on the out side unless I really need too because it reduces the life of my sealants, I do have the rain x glass cleaner I used for the D5 and it works will for repelling water but it can streak. Top tip use a really good quality micro fibre cloth, clean all your windows then go back and buff them with a clean micro fibre, that is the easiest way to do it. If you have water spots vineger is the way forward, my auto finesse is a strong cleaner but for water viniger beats it hands down.

i clean with vinigar and then eather the rainx repelant and cleaner spray which can be used in and out as its a cleaner aswell or i have just got some meg's perfect claraty which seems to be working well. the only problem with the rainx is that its a sod to get off but works really well.

I use AutoGlym Fast Glass, I hate having windows with any marks on them, and Fast glass usually seems to be really good. And the rain runs off the windscreen like it does with Rain-x

dilute white vinegar inside. Cheap and effective, you just need to vent the car for a few days cos it can honk a bit afterwards... Its cuts through all the greasy grime though and is totally streak free.

All you need is white vinegar, it actually cuts through limescale and leaves the windows very shiny. Proof on my car (taken last year).... :B_thumb: :D Image

Outside - claybar to clean, then rain-x, buffed off with a DA polisher (try it - you'll see why!) Inside, the best stuff I've tried is Lidl's own brand glass cleaner. Foams on contact then wipe round. Dries streak free.

vinegar and some crunched up newspaper (stuff thats a few days old works best)

I don't bother with anything as it's a waste of time and effort.lol You guy's wouldn't either if you had scurries (seagulls) like we have up here. The guy next door had to wash his car twice within half an hour yesterday. The R ect has to to get a hose down at least once a day. Oh and just for Volvokid you should see the mess of the d5, it was dive bombed yesterday with elephant droppings.
