Great motors Frank and its possibly the same engine as the 240 brilliant simple engine and just keeps on going the amount of abuse I gave my 240 estate was unreal its wasn't the fastest but it never turned its nose up at any thing to ripping conifers out dragging stuff twice its weight a true work horse

Tidy motor, thank god it hasn't got a turbo, you can't fiddle with the boost and break it. ;)

Should of bought the turbo sport they are going up in value now because they are getting rarer by the day .but with a none turbo 740 the are a lot less problems to deal with and it will also slow you down lol

I've got a V90 interior in mine. Have you put it in yet? You may be lucky and find the drivers side is pre-wired. You'll have to stick a car battery to the wires to install them otherwise.

Miles better than the 740/940, really comfy, but they are electric so you can't install the front seats until you give them 12v so you can access the bolts. The backs will probably have a different locking mech than the 740 ones so you may need a set of C pillar "loops". You'll have to take out the big green relays underneath to get the heated seats to work too.
