As above ive looked at the stats of both motors, D4 is a half a litre smaller but has the same torque but 3 bhp less. I know the D5 isa solid engine but i was wondering would it be just the buy the D4 and re-map it to around 210 bhp and over 300 lbs/ft torqe. Any reasons not to buy the D4 over the D5 would be great.

I think even D3's are being mapped to more than 210bhp now. Not sure on torque though.
(Edit, might have given duff information there, was refering to the S60/V60, not sure if there are changes on the C30 D3/D4 over the S60 ones).
