I have used the 3M blue pads with the ultrafina polish. http://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk/car-polish-compounds/3m-polish/3m-perfect-it-iii-ultrafina-se-blue-high-gloss-pad-150mm/prod_761.html#tab1 http://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk/car-polish-compounds/3m-polish/3m-perfect-it-iii-ultrafina-se-polish-50383-/prod_757.html#tab1

I used Megs Ultimate compound followed by their ultimate polish and ultimate wax and got very good results.

youll never get rid of them of by hand. dig it out and do some research on what pads go with the polish you are using. its the only way to get the results your after
