I dropped the car off on Saturday 1st June for what was meant to be a 5 day job. I called them on Monday 10th and the guy who was meant to take the windscreen out had let them down so I called them on Tuesday and they assured me that the guy was on his way to do it that day. I called on Wednesday just to make sure everything had went ok with getting the screen out and they said they had called him twice and he would defiantly be out on Wednesday. After explaining to them over the phone polity I was not happy and I wanted the car back as soon as possible, he told me they had been up against it with the weather (Lovely sunshine and no showers for the whole of the week, Puzzled much? YEP!) and he hadn't got around to the doing the car. Any way long story short the car was there for 14 days and it was never touched. Just to let everyone in the Glasgow area J Beatton do a fantastic job of P**sinig you around and not actually doing any work! So Avoid J Beatton East Kilbride 01355 264343 - 22 Whin Place, East Kilbride, Glasgow, G74 3XS There is a mark on the interior where they have been driving the car in and out of there garage each day, fingers crossed that will come out and the front bumper has been hit too! More work! He must have been playing football with the key fob as the shell on it is broken, another thing to put right. GREAT! avoid using them at all costs. Craig
