I don't think it is a font per say - I think it is just a single letter - an image.

If you haven't sorted this I can have a look when I get into work monday I make signs and stickers and stuff so got every font available if it is a image ill find it and clean and it all up and send it over to you if that helps

I know VW do have a R type logo but its not the same as the volvo one. Cheers Harvey

its cool i should find it as i made some r stickers not long ago using that same r so should have it somewhere

would like to get volvo logo and not normal logo on number plates,like photo. I think it would look quite good.
Yeah that would look good are you just uploading to a site. I have had a few volvo emblem number plates. The ones I got made for the V40 aren't all that good.
Still looking around as the lipped plates are a bit hard to get made up.
