Well I went around Rachel and Steves house this evening to help them polish their cars ready for Sundays VOC Southern BKV day. Both cars were relatively clean before using the DA so just gave them a quick wipe down with some detailing spray before using Meguiars NXT Gen Tech WAX and Meguiars Show Glaze with the DA. I think both cars came up really well. I'd like to thank Rachel for the very nice Steak n Ale Pie and Potato dinner and the coffee too. Pics will follow shortly.

Saffy polished up well too and sits nicely on the coilovers.
Dunno who let that grubby green thing into the pics tho...;)

Well with the MPG mine does probably around a 10 mile radius lol.
To be fair we managed to do the cars quite quickly because as I was going around with the DA, Steve was following behind buffing it off. I just think the DA seems to give a deeper shine than I've ever managed by hand.

I'm using a 42" monitor at 1080P mate ;)
The DA works the polish/wax in far better than you could by hand in the same amount of time. Even cheap £15 ones work wonders if you use them right.

Anyone that's thinking about a machine polisher, I would definitely recommend the Meguiars DA. Having been scared at the thought of using a machine up until now, I now wish I'd bought one a long time ago. So easy to use and gives great results. Would never go back to just hand polishing again. If I can use one, anyone can!

Pah, Onkyo mate. Although to be fair I had to resolder the thingies as they kept switching the amp off. *thingies - those things that you remember the name of but cant due to vodka imbibination*
