I was tempted to place this in the How To Guide forum but this is a video I've come across and this is the video section.
It's a video of a German or Swedish man changing the Control Arm on a V70. He makes it look so easy and I'm going to have to do this in the next couple of weeks along with the tie rod and ball joints. I doubt I'll do it as quickly as this chap!.............

its a shame he used sub standard parts and nice too see he torqued it all up correctly oh and judt so you know a P1 or 850 is nothing like that video lol

No, they're lighter and tend to break or bend a lot easier lol.
