Nice cars mate - I've defected from VAG myself to come over to Volvos now, I had all Mk3 Golfs - a 1.9 TDi which I GTI'd, a 2.0 8v GTI which I slammed on 16" Compomotive TH Mono's (originals) and a VR6 with a chip, exhaust, etc and really good suspension. I was going to buy another VR6 but then was given the 855 T5 - just as quick and you can still beat a NED from the lights with a fridge/freezer on the roof!!

I went from three Mark 2 Golfi GTIs (all 8v) to my first audi coupe. Had 3 coupes, 2 80s and 1 90 quattro 20v, had the URs4, the A4 2.8q and also my wife had a A4 2.5tdi....which has now been replaced following unplanned cambelt failure with a MK4 Golfi GTi turbo - which is chipped to 200bhp and awesome to drive.
I thought audi were unbeatable....then I found Volvo

Thanks for this, messing about with cars has been on hold since February when I slipped two of my disks....but gp didnt pick up on this until May! Anyway dont care what they do in hospital, just want it sorted....been ages since i wriggled under a car, changed wheels or fiddled under the bonnet.....im going to be well busy with the car when im better again :)
.....have to say the autobox has been a blessing
