Hi all as title says best tyres to run on 18's on a t5r, lowered at least -40mm

225/35/18's would be best, anything 40 profile will rub on full lock.

Im running 215/40/18 with probably a 40mm ish drop and yes they do rub on full lock but i just dont use full lock simples :)

use 215/35/18's if i were you, i run 215/35/19's and they dont rub

Or failing that you could just buy some C70 stop locks, it'll stop them rubbing but it will also reduce your turning circle.

215's dont rub even with 19's so 18's will be fine

Ultrac Sessantas have a very stiff sidewall if you want it to feel direct too.
