If i were to get a new exhaust, for a bit more grumble, Can anyone recommend anywhere in the midlands? I notice there are a few in birmingham, but it seems a trek.
I dont want to spend a fortune, Powerflow in Derby quoter me £240 which seemed reasonable. just worried about worklmanship.
(When i took it for a quote, they just revved it loads trying to make it go over 4K, that was till i went and told them to pack it in, and it wont rev over 4K!)
does anyone have a video of a nice sounding system on a C70 T5, i really dont want to be able to hear it droning on long journeys.

i got a powerflow from notts and its alright but i wanted it abit louder and i am considering getting the rear box removed for a straight through. the diameter they use aswell is the standard size of 2.25. i would recommend going for a 2.5 which they have to order in and charge more.

Its abit of a trek for you but this guy did mine http://www.hibexhausts.com/
He's based on Anglesey North Wales, i think he does a full system for around £280 in a good grade stainless steel.
I will post some pics and a vid when the weather gets better :)

Thats what i want to go for, but as per my original post, im warey of who i go to, simply because most exhaust places are full of workers who are a page short of a notebook!
Iv heard good stuff about John Ashley exhausts in Walsall, anyone else?

I have bought a spare C70 & I am retrieving it on Saturday - the engine is fubarred - but I bought it for spares along with Bubba. We are breaking it next week. If the performance SS exhaust doesn't go with him then it will be up for sale along with a tonne of other goodies.

These and many other questions will be answered in due course. However I will make a mental note to offer it to you.
I have only seen the car in pictures.

I've got Jetex cat back on my V70 AWD which consists of 2 back boxes, it's as quite as hell except for a very very quiet purr at tick over (slightly more than standard) plus all the black paint seems to be flacking off them :( I'll get a custom turbo back when funds allow!
