Time for a whine,
Why is it that I seem to be the only person that I know that when it comes down to it no one wants the cars that I'm selling/changing. The easiest car I've ever sold was a 89 volvo 360 ffs. I can't really afford to buy a T5 without selling mine due to the insurance increase etc. The last car that I sold took nearly 4 months to shift it was only a Ford Focus. I appreciate that the current one isn't for everyone but surely someone wants it, didn't sell on flea bay, not even one bid, 2 empty threats on piston heads and no calls from being on the side of the road. Starting to take the piddle now :grumpy:
Thanks for listening

Age, Mileage & Condition. Out of the 3 you can only really affect the last one when it comes to the sale.

is it a petrol off roader?
Post 485673 by T5frankie on 2012-04-12 21:53:27
the price dont need to be what it should be, it needs to stand out and be attractive over others of the same ilk

lol it stands out orite, you'd know I was behind you, unfortunately it is what it is, like i said its been off road and green laning so usual scratches etc, but by no means abused. Should have started selling it in feb when I first threatened instead of the height of spring.

Could you be asking too little for it making people suspicious?
When these go bad, they get expensive (as you may well know lol)
Mum had one, anything that can pull a tree through a dirt bank without engaging low drive gets my vote any day ;)

Its a 96. I love the look of the series 2. I was looking at the td5's but I can't be bothered to buy into their problems after gettin rid of mine. Love the sound of the v8 and I imagine that I'd have one by now if I didn't live so far from work and fuel wasn't the same price as gold.
Mr MRP - that needs no response ;-)

Put it on ebay or other aution website with no reserve, it will sell then.
Make it a really funny advert slagging off the car generally seems to work (weirdly).

If you cant sell a car its to expensive, simple as that, you either need to make the car better, advertise it better or drop the price.
