Oh ok, i was told having new injectors makes a difference too....or cleaned up ones and also makes better MPG. Makes sense i guess. Cool, look forward to seeing the results then!!
What injectors are you running with that to mate?
Hi Buddy, Running Whites at the moment, next upgrade is gonna be blues.

Post 439868 by smithson007 on 2011-12-24 17:42:23

Good mid range pull on it.
Hi Buddy, Running Whites at the moment, next upgrade is gonna be blues.
What sort of money did you pay for the pump and where did you get it from mate?

Post 439871 by merc85 on 2011-12-24 17:49:07
What sort of money did you pay for the pump and where did you get it from mate?
Motor Sport Developments, i had it sent back under warranty to start with, But it turned out to be dodgy fuel i pick up from somewhere. They gave the Pump a good test and showed me the test results, then sent the pump back to me. Me and Rotch fitted it tonight and then Gave her a Good 40 mile Blast and she didnt miss a beat. Pump was i think around £75 from memory.
Hi Buddy, Running Whites at the moment, next upgrade is gonna be blues.
ill have a set of blues for sale soon merc, an upgraded fuel pump will make no difference unless the old one wasnt pumping the correct amount of fuel in demanded by your ecu etc,
ill have a set of blues for sale soon merc, an upgraded fuel pump will make no difference unless the old one wasnt pumping the correct amount of fuel in demanded by your ecu etc,
Perhaps the later was the case then cus it's deffinatly quicker
What sort of money did you pay for the pump and where did you get it from mate?
you have to get a diff filter as it comes supplied with a monster size that dosnt fit in the tank etc

Post 439880 by AndysR on 2011-12-24 18:15:50

Nice job, Looks like it bloody shifts now! Time to clock your 60-100 times see how she fairs against the others, looks like your going to be headed for at least a 7 seconder maybe even a 6 and that's really quite good ;)

Post 439882 by dalhousie2008 on 2011-12-24 18:18:19

Will try and do just that. The recording is longer on my phone, and the timer looks to be around 6.8sec's id say, hard to know 4 sure as the focus loses a little. The camera angle also doesnt help either.

Post 439891 by bigrotch on 2011-12-24 18:31:42

so then frankie a little old RED t5 as fast or faster than your R OH!!! whats the world comeing to pmsl
It's rotches Fault! he was holding the phone, Bloody hell Rotch keep it more steedy next time lmfo
A straighter angle on the camera would end up with him in your lap.. Or perhaps that's what you want.... lol If you had an iPhone you could press it between the horn push and the rim of the steering wheel to show the speedo straight on ;)

Post 439906 by bigrotch on 2011-12-24 18:46:59

Post 439911 by T5frankie on 2011-12-24 18:58:08

got a short vid of mine and it was 7.4 secs mate so i think your car should be comfortably over 300bhp now. well done
You sir should be fitting a clutch to your car not filming other cars speedo's while relaxing in the passenger seat ;)
i reckon if i took the spare wheel out and the tools from the Boot, Not have 30 ltrs of fuel but less in the tank, Not have a passenger, I could get it down to 6.01 lmfao Oh and of course she wasnt runing her best at the time either lmfao (actually) i'm gona save that excuse for when you beat me andy lol

Post 439913 by T5frankie on 2011-12-24 19:01:50
check these to compare, same as an aston martin v8 vantage? http://www.torquestats.com/index.php?pid=mph60_100
Had a run in with a Audi Rs6, when i had my 15g, he had the edge but he couldnt get away. so now with my 18t and other mods i reckon anywhere between high 6 - 7s seconds is about right.
