Does anyone know where to buy uprated anti-roll bars for the v40/s40?
My car is the phase1 with the sport chassis, so already has 19mm front, and 16mm rear bars.
I have already replaced all of the bushings/bearings, switched to phase2 coilovers with p2 top mounts, p2 meyle hd drop links, and I have front and rear strut braces, the car has been widened by 10mm front and 24mm rear, is shod with falken tyres, and has had the geometry set recently.
But I still find that the rear feels a little sloppy and tends to step out occasionaly
(Unless anyone can think of something else I'm missing?)
Thanks Chaps!

Sorry to go off topic but did you buy the ZCW wheels?
I'm thinking of buying them and wanted to know what you thought of them and if you had any pics of them on the car?
Cheers Harry

Have a look at the new pics of my T4 in my garage. I am selling those wheels if you are interested? 2 whells tyres are only 2 weeks old. Will need 2 new tyres for the other 2 as they are borderline :)

Sorry, I forgot to reply to your PM!
I didn't get the ZCW's in the end, I have decided to have the OEM wheels refurbed and painted matt 932 anthracite instead.
I just prefer the look of the OEM wheels over any other aftermerket offering, the ZCW's were the closest I could find to the OEM's and to the image I have in my head of what I want the car to look like.
My decision was also partly influenced by the fact that the car is already sitting 100mm lower on coilovers.
so even with the 16's not the softest thing to drive, and I'd be worried that moving up to 17's would make it too rough on conventional roads.
If you have a picture of your car in a simmilar position to the photos in the wheel thread I can photoshop the zcw's on for you?

Ok, A little update.
I think I have managed to find possibly the last whiteline s40/v40 rear anti-roll bar in the uk!
Ordered from Balance Motorsport Monday, Delivered today!!!
Can't wait to get it fitted, and throw the car into a few corners.

Balance Motorsport are good. Have Whiteline discontinued it? I had one on my Golf Gti and it was great.

Yeah, I think whiteline stopped producing them for the S/V40 in 2007-2008.
I searched all over the internet for an uprated rear roll bar, and all I could find was ultra racing bars for £225+p&p plus this one whiteline bar from Balance Motorsport for £180 inc p&p!! (I guess it was cluttering up their stock room and they wanted rid!!)
until I changed it I never knew just how much the roll bars do, or how much difference a decent one can make to the feel of the car!

Ultraracing do a rear uprated ARB. There is a seller on ebay that sells them.
No front ones available AFAIK.
