You can get aftermarket LSD's for them, but I don't think they fit the auto's

I have a Gripper in mine, which is a plate type LSD, I can't comment on how it drives, as I've yet to drive it since its been fitted. The other is a Quiafe, which is a torque biasing diff, again, never tried it.
