Just looking thhough my computer and I found some pictures of my old 245GL which I bought when I was 17 in 2006 and sold in 2009 during a moment of madness on Retrorides. The man who bought her was a classic car enthusiast that wanted a retro Volvo for his carboot sales.
I used to treat this car like crap I admit. She got washed twice a year (end of summer, end of winter), I went rallying in the forest, offroading (I once overtook some land rovers down a green lane!) and used it as a true Volvo estate owner would. Carrying the dog round and taking things to the tip.
Here she was long after i bought her. Id already ditched the wheel trims for some Virgo wheels:
Then I did the following:
exterior - GLT headlight trims & grill, USA spec clear front indicators, V70 clear repeaters, euro bumper stripes (wiring loom tape!), genuine Volvo H/D tow bar, various stickers, air horns, 100w headlight bulbs, DVS Sumpguard& a battle scar on the passenger door from a wall
engine - K&N panel filter, ditched the warm air feed, 3inch cherry bomb exhaust
suspension - spax 40mm lowering springs, DVS lower strut braces, Volvo GT upper strutbraces, new bushes throughout, Genuine Volvo H/D Towing shocks
interior - mountney steering wheel, sparco gearknob, sparco pedals, Volvo Volt gauge, Sony CD player, Alfa 156 front seats & a silver dash stripe.

I cant find one of the alfa seats fitted so heres a picture of her in the snow!
