Roof bars to fit an 850/v70 see attached picture. I phoned Volvo and a set of new ones are £243 + VAT :nutkick:
With this in mind I'll start the bidding at £100. Only condition is that whoever wants them you will have to come round to mine (or me to you or a halfway point) to swap the roof trim strips over (the plastic that runs up the a-pillar to the back of the car) otherwise I will have none and you will need to cut yours down.
Should be an easy job (those with any experiance please feel free to correct me).
I'll be checking the forum in the next few days so make me an offer and we'll see if we can do a deal :B_steerin

I often come down to see my son in Norfolk and do some work, however could meet in Brentwood, does the roof rail unbolt from inside?

No you can take it out from the top there are these wedges inside attached to a bolt. I suspect the trickey part will be taking the trim strips off.
I suspect they are bonded in down the a-pillar.
Does anyone else have any experiance?

Not tried an 850 but 70,s are clipped on
