I am interested in your thoughts as I am weighing up different ECM flashes for my 2005 S60R I've not had much luck getting an answer from them. Cheers John

Cheers John
Hi John, As the UK Distibutors for Autotech Motorsport Sweden I'm sorry I wasn't aware that you had tried to contact us. You got mail. Sooo, anyone running maps then?
Sooo, anyone running maps then?
think Wobbly & Lance are using Autotech, but not on R's
think Wobbly & Lance are using Autotech, but not on R's
Hi, In the last 2 years we have tuned nearly 2000 cars with Autotech. Wobbly is one of those Lance isn't. I have tuned a fair few R's in recent years. Regards, Hamish. P.S. Pedro I think you are getting Autotech and Autologic confused. If it helps I use Autotech for tuning and Autologic for diagnostics.
Do you have any scans of any runs? 2000 is a lot!
My map isn't finished yet. The intermediary (running 0.9 bar) produces 305 bhp. There are shots of it dotted around.
Do you have any scans of any runs? 2000 is a lot!
Hi, I have plenty.... 1000's of dyno runs stored on the dyno computer. That wasn't 2000 R's !! That is 2000 cars including Volvos, Fords, Landrovers and cars tuned by our dealers in the UK. here were only ever 201 S60R registered in the UK and I think 171 V70R. I tuned a fair few of those with Rica when we were their UK Distributor. I can email dyno runs from work. and I can overlay dynos from the various tuners. Regards, Hamish.
Here was the print out from last years dyno day... http://www.vpcuk.org/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=9839&d=1288918938

Yes - my C70 is an ME7 engine. It has been difficult getting hold of Peter to finish my map, but I do believe in the results. I am hoping to get the map finished this year. My car is not off the shelf in terms of setup thus custom mapping is required, but I believe that I will end up with the best in the end.

David, Dearest, you really should persuade uncle Hamish to do you one of his fantastic custom made turbochargers....Splendid as they are!
With a little correct mapping trickery, and a squirt of the good old cool wet water, really splendidly super results are to be had from it.
Now, according to my spiffing gadget conversion app, 389.48 lbf ft from run 3 is equal to 528.06 Nm :ukliam2:
The bottom picture (Uncle Hamish's splendid turbocharger) is in lbf ft
The top picture, is in Nm (hence the lines not crossing)

2.3 T5, Green injectors, Uncle Hamish's downpipe and cat, Walbro pump, Aquamist, and a cool day at the dyno!

hi loadsamiles whats this custom made turbo that hamish has what does it consist of cheers

It's a Volvo 16T with a KKK compressor wheel fitted.
It's on the left, standard 16T is on the right.
You must fit some form of additional charge air cooling to it as it blows real hot under 1.5 bar of boost, Aquamist, or bigger I/C. 80 degC at intake without additional cooling is easily done. Water injection does take this down nicely to under 50.

thats nice mate so i would need coolin with this turbo ie water or ic what hapens if you dont just turbo
tried to get hamish on pm not got him tho wot u runnin mate
How much does that cum in at from hamish
