think you have to leave it turned on with the ignition in pos 2 for 10 mins, then it should reset. It says in the handbook if you have it
You need to leave it alone for a while but i cant remember how long im sure someone will be along soon with the right info
done a bit of research. 2 hours with ignition on to clear it back to "code". great. is it possible to drive a T5 for two hours without needing fuel? lol!
I thought it was longer than 10 mins
although not a Volvo radio when i locked mine out i removed the radio & powered it up using an old Scalextric transformer instead of leaving the car battery going flat

Only you would have an old Scalextric transformer kicking around for this eventuality! 11/10 for initiative though ;)

Made one with tubular aluminium space frame chassis, another with twin engine & all sorts of weird stuff surprisingly lol
2 hours on the dot and it unlocked! was a major mission to plan so i kept car running for 2 hours though!
The time delay increases each time it locks without getting a good code. Some cars we have had here have taken a lot longer to open from OFF mode. Simon
