Just wondering if anybody knows jus how many V70R AWD's (not the V70 "classic") there are in the UK? Since i've had mine Sep 2006, i have only seen 5 others over that time, a silver one in Totnes a flash green one in Huntingdon a black one in Ipswich another flash green one near Thurso and another silver one in Aberdeen I do lots of miles and look out for them but there doesn't seem to be too many about.... Any ideas? Dinger

Any ideas? Dinger[/quote] Not to sure but I think the number is greater than S60R's of which 201 were apparently sold. (Though that number would be less now as some have been broken up).
Well i have a black V70R 2004 and my good friend Bill in Gravesend, kent has a black V70R 2004 also. I have not seen any others, thou i do know of another in Maidstone. Flash green V70R on a 2005/6 plate. I keep looking at the dealers for any when i pop in but never see any.
Just heard from Volvo Uk the following: "I can confirm that number of Volvo V70 R of manual transmissions of model year 2004 registered was 114 in total." Not too many then...... so in the full duration of the production there would only be about 400-450 Manuals ever brought in to the UK, and some of those will now be gone due to natural attrition...... Andy[/quote] Hi, We have looked into this before making/stocking performance parts for the R's and....... DVLA records show that only 201 S60Rs where registered in the UK and suprisingly there were less V70R's registered. So with atrition there is probably les than 350 V70R/S60R on the UK roads. Hi Hamish, That's a very interesting Gem there, in fact i have only seen 1 S60R, and that was getting RICA'd at HLM when i had my V70R done in 2006, but i guess youre right, there most definately isn't very many of them....... Andy
I have a 2005 V70R up in sheffield, not seen any others around here. Although there is a 54 plate S60R that lives here too. Both are Black
I have a 2003 V70 R AWD manual in Grey. Don't see too many around. Don't want to hijack the thread but anyone know of a decent replacement exhaust? I've seen the BSR one with the drainpipe tailpipe but I don't fancy one of those.
We have a v70r awd and an s60r in at work at the min.
