460 2.0 16v

Hi all been away from the Volvo scene for a bit but hoping to be back soon.I'm going to see a low mileage 460 GLS on a P-plate this weekend.What am needing is some advice on what to look out for on these,whats the bad/good points on them,what sort of performance do you get out of the 2.0 engine etc....... I thought the 2.0 unit in the 440/460 was an 8v unit. I thought the 16v unit was introduced in the S40/V40 ?
