I searched and searched for a kit when I was doing the dumpvalve on the T4, and I cannot find anyone who makes one. I ended up getting SFS hoses from a performance garage nearby and mated them to aluminium pipework. Owner there said that if I gave him the originals, he could get SFS to make up a full set, so that would be one way of doing it - not sure of cost though...
