It was first registered on the 28/03/2001 so looking at it, it 'looks' like a Phase 2 to me, but I only have info of phase 2 starting in 2001.
The thing is you can definately get phase one and phase two cars 'registered' in 2001. Euro car parts were superb as you cold do a free check and get the engne nmber from the DVLA record which told you if it ws an earlier or later model. Sadly I see they have withdrawn this info in the last week or so !!!! , i suspect the dVLA charged more for the nfo or too many folk like me used it as a free car checking service. I'm gutted. Does anyone else have a good website with a sneeky free check like this ? . All the sites I use give free info on various bits but not as detailed as Euro Car parts ' used to '. Cheers Mas
Exterior wise, i can say that is a phase 2. You can tell by the headlights (assuming they have not been added at some time), the side marker lamps and the skirts. Engine wise will take a bit more investigating.
its a phase 2 i have an x reg and its a phase 2 and yours is newer
The bodywork is phase2, but on some of the very early phase2 cars there is a little crossover parts-wise (mainly suspension)
looks like the facelift model to me.
Phase 2. My 2000 W reg was a Phase 1.5. Everything phase 1 about it apart from the suspension i believe.
