Don't know if you are aware of this site i just found. www.alldata.com it lists all recalls for all Volvo makes.
So do u have to sign up to get the best from it ? Theres loads of recalls for S60T5 2002, yikes.
No just found the site by accident put in my car and up came the list
are you guys seeing the data? all i get when i click on one of the safety recalls is a prompt to buy at $25 anyone paid this and got in?
Since it asks you for $25 dollars i`d be sceptical as its probs gonna list all recalls for the yank market and seeing as how they are more into recalls and other safetey related malarky and if it don`t get recalled and something goes wrong then the owners sue who ever they can Or you can just shell out the $25 and have a look see no doubt if you find anything of use to our UK market cars you`ll share the info ? Cheers
Phoned local dealer today to get radio code,(give reg number-get code!) and they informed me of a recall re emmision control pipes, even though 11 years old they are doing tomorrow for free.
Does this apply to all T5 or just yours :slap:
As far as I know all 850 T5s from 1994, not too sure. I'll ask tomorrow when I take it in an post the answer. Mike

Mike
Asked the dealer, they only know its a batch of chassis numbers. I would suggest you call your dealer, give reg. no. and they'll tell you if its done or needs doing. Mine was registered March 1994. Mike
Sounds about the same for mine. I'll give them a ring, cheers. :)
although the link was useless for me, a lightbulb lit up in my head, 'hmm check recalls to see what i can get for free.' (= i always wondered why the headlights of my '98 S70 T5 were on even in the off position. mystery solved, recall! I'll be heading over to my dealer soon (=
