Hello All, I am just testing the water here to see if there is any interest in my 855R auto 1996 'N' reg 155k miles Red work done :- where to start...i have spent the best part of the past 8 months having work done to bring it first back up to original spec and then adding a few choice upgrades apologies for the lack of ordering....its just as i think of it [LIST] [*]new front struts [*]original volans, refurbished in anthracite , no marks or kerbing whatsoever, 4x good tyres (vredestein) with hardly any wear [*]new volvo MAF, lambda sensor, thermostat & water temp sensor [*]stage 0 tune including all usual bits [*]rear main crank seal replaced (and you all know how much that costs !!) [*]new PCV system [*]new vacuum hoses [*]auto box flushed, engine flushed [*]engine oil + filters changed 3 times in 10k miles [*]new engine oil cooler pipes from the block to the rad & back [*]genuine volvo front strut brace [*]IPD rear ARB [*]MTE stage 1 ECU (for autos) plus the std ECU as a spare [*]6K HIDS professionally fitted by Tim Williams with matching LED sidelights [*]cambelt & aux belt done 2k miles ago [*]interior in very good condition [*]new rear tailgate struts (genuine volvo) [*]new front headlight wiper arms & blades (genuine volvo) plus new bosch main screen aero flat wipers [*]new 302mm front brakes (genuine volvo discs & pads plus new hoses) [*]new handbrake shoes [*]painted calipers (tasteful matt black) in high-temp paint [*]detailed by GazT4R only a few weeks ago & the car is washed and waxed religiously !! [*]11 months MOT (last test with no advisories) and taxed until September 2010 [/LIST] loads and loads of work done by Tim Williams half of which i can't even remember but it was at his house for 2 weeks (i'm sure he still has the list he wrote out having inspected the car first) the car has had an awful lot of money spent on it over the past 8 months and has always been warmed up properly and cooled down correctly after every run. it has always been run on super unleaded (mainly shell v-power) the auto box is super smooth and all electrics work (including the heated seats) i'll probably add a few notes as i think of them - there has been so much work done i can't remember it all in one go...! the only reason for selling is that i may have another car by the end of the week and four cars on the drive is a bit much - if there was any other way, i would definitely not be selling as i really like this car. there are a few photos below (i will take some of the interior and engine bay if anyone is interested - let me know) i won't discuss price on an open forum but send me a PM if you're interested (it will be priced to sell)
