Urgently required today are 4 x wheelbolts, the locking nuts on the 850R have sheared and I'm getting them removed today and need normal wheel bolts to replace. The ones on the car at the moment have a chrome effect finish and if anyone close to Tamworth has got any to sell that'd be greatly appreciated. My other half is unable to make it to Brum in time to pick up some from Volvosport and I'm at work until 21:00 so the closer the better.

your local dealer may have them on the shelf, if not they may have some second hand ones in a bucket in the workshop they may be willing to part with if asked nicely. if not they will be able to order them in for later on today if you get on the phone to them ASAP (i dont know their cut off times for same day ordering but try them as soon as possible and first thing to ask them is what is the very latest time can you order to get for today)

OK, leave it with me I'll see what they can do....unfortunately I haven't got a "local" dealer but the regular one I use is at least the right side of Brum!

I also had a boxfull but got rid of them by throwing them from the upstairs window at passing pensioners

I have a set of locking bolts in a bucket with about 16 chrome bolts that would suit an 850/V/S/C70.
If you want a new set give me a shout.

Could be interested in those locking bolts as I now have a set of refurbed 'R' alloys with no locking bolts (and no you can't have my address!).
I'm away from Tomorrow for three weeks but when I'm back I'll be in touch.
