yeh they should fit fine, you'll have to drill new mounting holes for the bottom lugs tho as Volvo are pains & put the lugs on there speakers higher up. I had clearance issues because the tweeter stcuk out so much it hit the grilll, but i think you'll be fine with those (even then i just cut out the reinforcement & that cleared it)
