i did a run for the british heart foundation the other week. Never made it to the end though!!! 1 unseen pothole, a trip in an ambulance to A&E, xray and some crutches and 3 weeks off work so far with a rather badly sprained ankle. I never knew they could be so bad. 1 paramedic was off for 6 months with one! I'll be nicer next time i get called to a sprained ankle

I will make sure I try and avoid potholes :)
