hey guys,. my dads got a problem with his D5 (euro4) and volvo want to charge through the earth,.. anyway can anyone get me a picture of the following parts: Throttle disc:- 34H02 Link:- 03H6B its a 2006 D5 (euro4) 185hp engine. thanks Phill
this is a policy action i thought but easy to do at home. you have to take the fuel injectors out, remove intake manifold then the is a line of 5 throttle disc's on a bar, remove these and replace with new. also fit the linkage. refit in reverse order. also dont forget to replace the copper injector seals and the intake manifold gasket. hope this helps gazbak1
