hi kieron. i used to have a 480 turbo, and i was part of the 480 forum. there used to be 'rich mod', that a guy called rich used to do and it used to take the car from 120bhp to approx 170bhp. A couple of guys did do some engine work, along with a T25 turbo and achieved approx 225 bhp. check it out http://www.volvo-480-europe.org/ hth chad
being an easy & popular engine transplant for the old skool Renault 5 GT Turbo boys i would of thought there are some quite high bhp ones out there
you wouldnt really need high bhp in those little cars.
